Research On Floating Dynamic Draft Detection System Of The Ship

Shipping to the leading role in the development of national economy increasingly significant,with the increase of shipping,ship draft "super draft" phenomenon also day by day prominent.Ship draft detection is of great significance to protect the safety of navigation of ship.The existing ship draft detection system using the method of fixed installation,reduce the navigation efficiency.To overcome the shortcomings existing ship draft detection system,this paper designed a floating ship draft detection system.This article first to discusse the overall design scheme of the floating ship draft detection system and each subsystem.First elaborates the ship draft detection subsystem:introduces the working principle of the subsystem.The subsystem will do detailed instructions in a later chapter.And then discusses the ship speed detection subsystem this paper introduces the static draft and dynamic draft,analyzed the effect of speed on draught measurement results and the importance of the detection speed,and introduced the speed measuring system function and software design.Then this paper introduces the static information collection subsystem of the ship:ship static information is an important complement to the ship draft information.This paper mainly introduces the ship draft detection subsystem and its error compensation technique.By using the principle of time-division multiplexing and air-division multiplexing,with the method of group to installation ultrasonic sensors,both can effectively avoid the interference between adjacent sensors and can guarantee that can be collected enough data.Data collection based on RS-485 bus and communication protocol adopts the ModBus protocol,data processing module to manage the collected data,excluding processing filtering?eliminate etc and combined with the compensation value of the error compensation module,finally calculate the value of the ship draft.Error compensation module using pressure sensor compensate the error caused by surface fluctuations?detection door's deflection and floating body fluctuate.Using the temperature sensor and sound velocity meter compensate sound velocity error.Using the angle sensor compensate floating body roll.Through error compensation,we can eliminate the adverse factors influence on the measured results and improve the system accuracy.Finally,the paper gives the laboratory test results and actual environment test results,basic achieve the anticipated target of the system design and meet project requirements,laid a solid foundation for project follow-up period.
