| With the rapid development of aerospace technology and weaponry manufacturing technology,high-quality communication cable has been widely used.Therefore,it is important to check the quality of the cable before it is put into production.One of the quality tests is to test the insulation resistance of the cable.But the traditional hand-by-point lap way is not only error-prone but also time-consuming and laborious.Currently on the market commonly used cable impedance tester is mostly bulky,expensive and has many other shortcomings,which can’t meet the limited venues of the test environment and increasing productivity.Therefore,it is necessary to design and produce a highly reliable and efficient cable insulation impedance automatic test system.This project chooses the Kusui TOS7200 impedance test table as the test module,and designs a cable impedance automatic test system based on embedded technology and automatic control technology.The system is designed and implemented on the basis of TOS7200,and modules communicate with each other through RS-232 communication interface.The system is presented in the form of a chassis structure.For the cable has many wires to detect the insulation impedance between two wires,the test channel is switched by the combination of the relays,in addition 512 test channels can be provided at one time.The special PC software can be used to remote operation,and the test results can be stored and processed.For the hardware selection,choose ARM core microprocessor to control the system,and the manner of working contains a single master and multi-slavers;for the software,use MFC as the platform to design and develop the software.The stability,reliability and overall function of the system are verified by a lot of repetitive tests and comparison with the standard resistance.Finally,analyze the relevant errors of the system and put forward further improvement measures.In this thesis,the design scheme and implementation flow of the cable impedance automatic test system are introduced in detail,and the actual test application is adopted to verify that the functional indexes of the system have reached the expected effect.Because of the smaller volume and lower cost characteristics,this system has broad prospects in themarketing and product applications. |
