With the development of economy and the improvement of the level of industry,the total amount of energy production and the total energy consumption of our country present a rapid gro Wth trend,but the energy production has been lagging behind the energy consumption.Taking into account the gro Wing demand for energy,vigorously develop ne W energy is an inevitable trend.Because of the economic and social environmental benefits of the geothermal heating system,the economic and social benefits are obvious.The heat exchange station is an important part of geothermal heating system,a reasonable set of heat exchange station location can not only save cost,but also on the Whole to achieve energy saving goals.But the present study for heat transfer station by setting the position of impact on the system less,even if there is a corresponding research is focused on a particular area or a specific project,the research on the scale does not constitute,did not conclude that certain rules,can not form an effective reference to guiding the design of engineering scheme.Based on reading lots of literatures firstly introduces the characteristics of building a geothermal heating system,heat transfer station as Well as the advantages and disadvantages of regional heat transfer station.Secondly,the temperature of supply Water,residential indoor temperature records and heating parameters obtained through actual heat index from the heat exchange station t Wo side to analyze the practical engineering design of the building of the station scheme is reasonable,and the design condition,design scheme adopts regional heat exchanger station.Again,With two schemes of the operation regulation mode,then use the BIN method(i.e.bin)and related formulas,t Wo schemes of annual electricity consumption and annual heat loss fee.At the same time,using the dynamic annual cost method to compare and analyze the economic performance of the t Wo plan,the most economical and reasonable design scheme for the practical engineering is summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of the prior,the establishment of engineering model,separately from the engineering properties,thermal heating scale,the number of users,heating radius(the degree of dispersion of heat bet Ween users)to carry out simulation calculation and analysis to the reasonable choice of heat exchange station location in the system and the hot end users form,summarizes the building heat exchange station(regional exchange station)application program.
