| This paper is based on the research project of a company in Xi’an.Taking into account the oil field large oil production area waxy contains a high wax quality,wellhead accumulation of a large number of waxy crude oil,before the pipeline waxing mostly by the workers to vote,the station station approach,and with the addition of pharmaceutical and then regular hot wash,pitching work cumbersome and time consuming,labor volume.The current pitching machine cavity volume wax,there is a lot of friction resistance,jamming and other phenomena,the effect is not stable,can not achieve the station automation and duty room unattended purpose.The research of this subject is of great significance to solve the unattended oilfield station.The DC governor designed in this paper is a key part of the automatic pitching device for the drive of the DC motor for the pitching machine.The main circuit of the governor adopts two-stage DC-DC voltage regulator scheme.The front stage uses the Buck converter as the pre-regulator,that is,as the power factor correction circuit,at the same time play the purpose of the former regulator;The transformer circuit,further pressure and regulation.Mainly completed the following work:This paper introduces the basic circuit structure Buck converter and flyback converter basic working principle analysis and circuit parameter design,using MATLABE simulation analysis of the Buck converter circuit parameters on the output waveform to determine the appropriate circuit parameters.I auxiliary circuit design,including PWM control circuit design,optocoupler isolation drive circuit design,feedback loop design,overvoltage undervoltage,overcurrent fault circuit processing protection circuit design,EMI filter circuit design.The speed current double closed-loop speed control circuit design,sampling circuit design,DSP2812 as a processor in the CCS platform PID control programming,key display circuit design,simulation interface circuit design.On the basis of the above analysis,an adjustable DC regulator regulator with an AC input of 90 V ~ 300 V and output of 65 W and 24 V is produced.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and design.The thesis contains 47 charts,7 tables and 53 references. |
