Based on the electric rudder servo amplifier system testing,debugging equipment on the implementation of this test equipment described the whole idea,software and hardware features.Focuses on the design ideas and implementation of various functions throughout the device.In the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of electric steering gear,rudder loop transfer function and rudder system works,proposed technical requirements to be achieved by the test equipment and the corresponding functional requirements,and as a basis to define the specific program for this test equipment.Hardware circuit design include: motherboard model selection and configuration,data acquisition card model selection,signal conditioning circuit design,each interface circuit design,alarm and protection circuit design,power module model selection.Software design including: clear the programming language and integrated development environment,design-related data acquisition and processing module,human-computer interface design,Access database program design,software testing functional design(self-test function,manual testing function,automatic test function,aging running-test function,security control test function),and report printing program design.This test equipment in data processing by LabWindows / CVI to achieve a virtual digital filtering techniques,same time for the corresponding linear fit design.In order to make better use of devices with PC104 bus interface,thesis PC104 bus timing diagram detailed analysis of its operating mechanism.This test equipment can achieve at least a set of rudder system,4-way servo feedback voltage input signal to achieve the analog acquisition and 2-way accurate detection of analog output,up to three sets of rudder system can simultaneously detect,with containing total rudder system current and servo voltage signal detection,and 3 sets of steering systems to provide security command and control power supply control signal,4 servo control signals and alarm control signals.Test system is used in Visual C ++ 6.0 MFC library development.The test results thus obtained can be stored in the form of an Access database,also enables ready access previously recorded,and the formation of the appropriate form,printing and other functions.
