The electric rudder servo amplifier system testing, debugging equipment is a special test equipment for the electric steering system . Test equipment can provide power and control signals for 3 sets of products of any kind of rudder system . At the same time, test equipment acquisition module samples the signals that need to be collected in the system, and transmits collection capacity to the test equipment, and deal with the measured data and display it according to the testing indexes to determine whether the performance of the electric steering system products is up to standard.On the analysis of the working principle of missile servo control system, the test equipment put forward specific solutions according to the technical indicators and the correspongding functional requerment of the test equipment, determine the composition and selection of hardware and each part of the function design. Hardware design includes:industrial PC motherboard model selection and configuration, the selection of the analog amplifier modules and components of solid state relay, model selection of data acquisition card, the design of the signal conditioning circuit board, design of the voltage conversion,command output circuit, fault alarm circuit design, selection and design of power supply module, etc. Software design includes: the solution of the programming language and integrated development environment, the design of data acquisition and data processing module, user interface design, each test function module design, as well as generate reports program design and so on.The test equipment can be realized for at least one set of product testing. Collect the feedback voltage through 4-way rudder of a rudder system by the data acquisition card.However, in the aging and running test, test equipment can realize detection of 3 sets of rudder system at the same time as well as providing or cutting power and loading control signal for 3 sets of steering system. The rudder system monitors the current in the process of the electricity, cut power off automaticlally when over-current happens. The software is developed by using Visual C++ 6.0 through MFC library. The results are saved through SQL database, you can generate reports and print and can refer to previous test records at any time.At present, the developed equipment has been accepted successfully and has been put int use.
