In this paper,the Permanent Magnet Linear Motor is applied in the control system of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine.Computerized Flat Knitting Machine can be used to design a variety of patterns and patterns.But the Computer Flat Machine Die drive is the use of servo motor drive.However,the long term use of this transmission equipment,there would be serious wear and tear,adversely affect the fabric.The appearance of Linear Motor structure provides new vitality for the development of Flat Knitting Machine,it's positioning accuracy and response speed are improved compared with the rotary motor.In this paper,a Linear Motor and its driving system are designed and optimized by using the Linear Motor.The knitting process is controlled by the software program,so as to knit the required pattern,so as to realize the new transmission mode of the yarn shuttle rail.This paper through the comprehensive analysis of the magnetic circuit of the Linear Motor,improve and optimize the structure of Linear Motor,and a more reasonable magnetic circuit is designed.Compared to the previous Permanent Magnet Linear Motor leakage magnetic flux decreases a lot,and the problem that too low of the magnetic induction intensity in the air gap is solved,and the mathematical model of Linear Motor is established.In this paper,Solid Works is used to simulate the structure of Permanent Magnet Linear Motor,in order to find out the factors that affect the performance of Linear Motor.The assembly model of Permanent Magnet Linear Motor is established by virtual assembly,and according to the interference and inspection function module in Solid Works,the defects of the Permanent Magnet Linear Motor in the design process are checked and improved.Modal analysis of Permanent Magnet Linear Motor using finite element analysis software ANSYS.At the same time,the rigidity can reach the desired requirement,and the reasonable working frequency is determined to ensure the stability of the Permanent Magnet Linear Motor.In addition,this paper introduces a vector control scheme of Permanent Magnet Linear Motor,and STM32 is selected for the Linear Motor control CPU control scheme,adding inner current feedback,velocity feedback,position feedback control and PI control scheme,this scheme is the key to the Permanent Magnet Linear Motor can work normally.Verify that the program response speed makes the Computer Flat Knitting Machine servo system performance greatly improved,but the Permanent Magnet Linear Motor edge effect,resulting in uneven magnetic density caused by the operation of the small vibration,which has certain limitations in the application,but also can promote the research on the Linear Motor control system to explore the above content,it provides some guidance for further research on combination of Linear Motor and the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine.
