AC motor, especially asynchronous motor has taken place of DC motor and been widely used in various fields of national economy. Developing high-performance AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology is of great significance in improving the motor running performance and energy saving.On the basis of study of domestic and foreign inverter development condition and the advanced control method, this paper puts forward a design scheme of three-phase asynchronous motor variable-frequency speed regulation control system based on STM32. The system adopts vector control strategy(VC) and the voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method. The paper firstly introduces the theory of vector control and SVPWM, the modulation method of SVPWM. Then the hardware design of the system is introduced in detail, including the structure design of the main circuit, the peripheral circuit design of the core STM32 and intelligent power module(IPM), feedback signal acquisition circuit design and feed inverter circuit design when the asynchronous motor runs in power generation state. Then the system software design is given in detail. The design method of the main program, interrupt service routines and subroutines along with the implementation method of vector control and SVPWM are stated.Finally, the system design scheme for the hardware and software is implemented and the system simulation and testing are carried out. The simulation waveform and actual test waveforms and analysis are provided, which verify the feasibility and superiority of this design.
