Temperature is one of the important parameters of industrial quality and processing.As the development of manufacture and technology,it is quite necessary to stabilize the temperature within safety condition.Reliability of previous radiation temperature measuring instrument is not ideal and have lower adaptability to the environment.Thanks to the rapid development of electronic technology,the progress of semiconductor materials,the development of the radiation thermometer is promoted.Especially the successive high performance detector,making the response speed of the multispectral thermometer and resolution improved a lot.Before this article,research group pass two stages the monochromatic radiation temperature measurement system and colorimetric radiation temperature measurement system,and obtained good results.But because these two kinds of temperature measuring system can't get the emissivity of the object to be tested,this article adopted multiple wavelength radiation temperature measurement methods.In theory,this method can overcome the effects of firing rate of radiation temperature measurement,and measured the emissivity of the object.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theory of the radiation temperature measurement.On this basis,the unblackbody measurement theory is introduced.Then the concept of multiple wavelength of radiation temperature measurement is derived.Through theoretical derivation and analysis,this article illustrates the advantages of multiple wavelength radiation temperature measurement,which are the reasons why the multi wavelength radiation temperature measurement are adopted.Then,the method to realize is introduced,including the design of the optical system and hardware circuit design.Optical parts mainly theoretically calculated the parameters of the prism dispersion,and then choose the right lens.Hardware circuit part mainly includes the choice of photovoltaic array,the design of the preamplifier circuit and constant temperature system design.Finally,regulate optical dispersion system and the hardware board was tested respectively.The data processing of two experiments are fitted out.
