| Content: The construction and development of Water Scenic Area plays an important role in buliding ecological civilization and beautiful China.Our country is rich in water resources.By 2016,778 National Water Scenic Areas have been built,31 of which are about soil and water conservation.In August,2017,the Water Conservancy Scenic Area about soil and water conservation increased by 2,namely,Hakka Terrace-themed Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Chongyi,Jiangxi and Yunhe Terrace-themed Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Zhejiang.With the prosperity of Water Scenic Area construction,we have accumulated rich experience in the construction and management of Water Scenic Area.However,how to excavate the regional characteristics and merge with the advantages of regional resources,so as to highlight the planning and construction of Water Scenic Area remain important and difficult parts in the planning of Water Scenic Area.Based on the analysis of problems existing in the planning of terrace-themed scenic area,and with the application of planning methods such as data collection,field investigation,inductive analysis,and theories like ecological water conservancy theory,landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics and sustainable development theory,taking priority of protection and green development as principles,social demand and economic development as guidance,this paper does some research on the Hakka Terrace-themed Water Scenic Area in Chongyi County,Jiangxi Province,excavating the characteristics of natural and human resources in Chongyi County,and trying to find relationships between terrace protection and over exploitation,regional culture and homogeneity,soil and water conservation and over construction,urgent demand of facilities and shortage of money.It presents a planning method for Terrace-themed Water Scenic Area,thus providing reference for Terrace-themed Water Scenic Area in hilly regions.The main achievements of this plan are as below:1.Analyzing commonness and individuality of Water Conservancy Scenic Spot Planning,and putting forward main problems in the planning of terraced-themed Water Conservancy Scenic Area.2 Summarizing the ecological water conservancy theory,landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics and sustainable development theory,applying which to the planning of Hakka Terrace-themed Water Conservancy Scenic in Chongyi County,and proposing main methods of this kind of planning.3.According to the related theory,it does investigation and assessment of resources,and excavates various regional features such as Hakka culture,water cultural heritage,the red culture,Yangming culture and intangible cultural heritage.With the resource endowment of Hakka Terrace-themed Water Scenic Area in Chongyi County,it pays attention to the combination of landscape and regional features.According to geographical characteristics and spatial distribution of resources in this area,it solves 4 problems existing in the planning of Hakka Terrace-themed Water Scenic Area in Chongyi Countyand reached a ecological,social and economic state of harmony. |
