| Every year large amount of abandoned products bring great challenge to our resource and environment,so recycle and reuse of abandoned products has become global task.Disassembly is the base of recycle,and good or bad disassembly sequence directly influences efficiency of recycle.On the base of analysis summary of domestic and overseas research status quo,this thesis researches disassembly sequence planning,including disassembly model,generation of disassembly sequence,evaluation and optimization of disassembly sequence and typical case of disassembly sequence planning for roller washing machine.Firstly,in the light of products disassembly and graph theory method,products disassembly hybrid graph model is built and generates adjacency matrix and precedence matrix,which embodies connection and prior relation between parts,as well as easily transforms to recognized language for computer.Meanwhile,introduction green criterion to have module partition clears module partition process in view of green modularization thought,simplifying model and improving search efficiency.Secondly,elaborating the generation method of initial disassembly sequence,analyzing the simplified method of disassembly sequence generation,and in the light of products precedence constraint,searching the graph and generating initial disassembly sequence.For the complete disassembly sequence and selective disassembly sequence,this theory respectively provides processes.Introducing weight to disassembly hybrid graph model,and building disassembly weighted hybrid graph model.The weight stands for the disassembly property of connection relation,which is achieved by evaluation.By means of some key discussions,such as choice and weighting of evaluation index,and acquisition and standardization of index,etc,it builds the evaluation system of disassembly sequence.Thirdly,this theory explains principle,model,evolutionary way and superiority of particle swarm optimization,and builds the objective function of disassembly sequence evaluation.It also provides the sequence optimized process,based on particle swarm optimization,for respectively complete disassembly sequence and selective disassembly sequence.Finally,the factual disassembly of typical roller washing machine helps me acquirerelated disassembly information.This theory divides the model in application of green model partition and builds disassembly hybrid graph model of roller washing machine.The application of Matlab procedure solves the initial disassembly sequence,and acquires the complete disassembly sequence and outer-cylinder-aimed selective disassembly sequence.It can help to acquire(nearly)optimal disassembly sequence to apply for particle swarm optimization and objective function to evaluate,optimize and choose the various initial sequences.Applying the disassembly sequence planning theory proposed in this thesis to disassembly analysis of roller washing machine,can get the safe and reliable disassembly sequence,which is easy to operate and has the lowest cost to shorten the time,reduce the disassembly cost and improve the recycle rate of parts and materials.This method also can provide guidance for repair and recycle of dismantling the same types of products,provide reference for the improved design of the follow-up,and also have certain reference significance for other similar products. |
