| Product Disassembly Design and analysis are the important section of the product whole life cycle and concurrent design, basic of product maintenance and recycle, one of the key factors that determine the product cost to a great extent. Along with the increase of parts in products, product disassembly design and analysis are more and more difficult. In addition, product cocurrent design requires disassembly design and analysis technology. So Disassembly modeling, generation method and optimization of disassembly sequences, technology of disassemblability of product are deeply and systematic researched in this dissertation.Firstly, using objected-oriented technology, the product disassembly modeling theory is proposed after analysis the need information and the way to get the information and disassembly relation description. The intact disassembly model is built clearly. And the disassembly model is established with a case study.In order to realize the product disassembly planning, the method of judging adjacency point is proposed based on the analysis of disassembly sequence generation. Based on the disassembly logic inference, the combine of Deep-Searching and Wide-Searching, the product disassembly sequence algorithm is generated. And the optimal disassembly sequences are got based on Genetic Algorithms. A mothod of eliminating the unrealistic sequence is proposed to limit the research space and to ensure the sequence feasible. And the disassembly sequence generation and optimizing are validated with a case study.Based on the analysis of the research of disassembly assessing, Product Disassembability quantitative evaluation and disassemble effectiveness are proposed, and the formula is proposed too.Finally, the disassembly analysis system is introduced. The system contains many modules, such as the disassembly modeling, the disassembly plan, disassembly sequences optimizing, disassembly evaluation, design improvement, management of the database.
