As the booming development of the automotive industry, the yield and the gross of automobiles are rising rapidly. At the same time, the amount of old automobile is increasing, some problems such as resource shortage, environment pollution, and so on, have been concerned. consequently, the study of how to reuse the parts of automobile efficiently and decrease the pollution produced by the castoff has already become the most important and considerable section of automobile green technology research. Based on the inland and outland researches on this field, in this dissertation, the basic theories of the LCA system structure, disassembly and recycle information, the influence factors of disassembly process, disassembly sequence planning and assessment are studied deeply and systematically. The paper presents a disassembly sequence planning method of automobile parts and components based on Petri Net. The main content as follows: 1. Combining with the base performance and require of green automobile, the green design structure of LCD is put forward. The characteristics and rules of design for disassembly and design for recycle among the automobile green design are analyzed. 2. Based on the technologies and function of existing CAD/CAM systems, the product disassembly information and its source are analyzed. The disassembly and recycle information network chart is established. 3. The geometry and topology structure between the parts of product is analyzed and the concept of disassembly restrict matrix is built, According to the restrict matrix and the stability of sub-disassembly, whether a part or an assembly can be disassembled is ascertained. 4. Based on the former research, the method of disassembly sequence planning based on Petri Net is introduced and a disassembly Petri nets (DPN) model that includes recovery value and disassembly cost was established. Through the linear programming operation of Petri Net relating matrix, the sub-disassembly clustering and the optimization disassembly sequence can be realized. 5. The software system of analysis for disassembly and assessment for recyclable is developed. The system contains many modules, such as disassembly information express, product data processing, disassembly analysis, recyclable assessment. Through the researching of the theory on disassembly and recycle sequence generated automatically, especially put the Petri Net and the invariable capability analyses method into the disassembly and recycle decision-making will provide a based on Petri nets was introduced. The optimal disassembly sequence that satisfied the requirement constraints was gained by computing the model. In conclusion, disassembly and recycling and regeneration of automobile parts is one of effective means to saving resources,reducing costs and realizing the green design of automobile. It can regenerate and reuse automobile products as material, energy and parts which will make the products are in circulating industrial environment. The technology not only realizes reuse and environmental protection but also can achieve the continuable development of automobile industry.
