Yacht,which combines functions such as sailing,sports,entertainment and leisure in one,is a kind of high value-added industrial design product aims to meet luxurious leisure need of personal and family.It mainly committed to provide a special experience platform which can achieve a high-end,luxury and comfort at sea for users.Therefore,for yacht,the level of habitability environmental design directly determines its practical value.Nowadays,yacht industry is developing towards large-scale and luxury,the improvement of habitability standards of yacht,especially mega yacht,has always been an important direction which attracts the internal high-value ship design industry,and a series of effective theory and methods of luxury yacht habitability has been formed.However,due to the different basic design concept over a long period of time,our theories and methods are in lack of systematic research and breakthroughs.Therefore,we should grasp the key opportunity,strength the study of mega yacht habitability environment engineering,and form a reliable and effective engineering design of mega yacht habitable environment.It is not only conductive to guide the independent design of mega yachts,support the steadily improvement of its quality,but also can enhance the competitiveness of our country in the world market and occupy a larger market share of international yacht industry.In response of these demands,basing on habitability environment engineering research of yacht,this paper starts from man-machine-environment and system engineering concept,and by drawing on guidelines and advanced experience of foreign military,civilian vessels and related fields,an evaluation index system of yacht environment habitability engineering which has the characteristics of our country and is suitable to our yachts has been established.It will provide basic theoretical guidance for following work.Furthermore,aiming at the evaluation index system of yacht habitability environment,numerical modeling process and assessment methods has been carried out in this paper.Onthe basis of existing intuitive fuzzy multiple attribute decision making,a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method applied for multi-level,multi-attribute complex systems has been proposed.The effectiveness of this system has been proved initially by numerical analysis and validation.Finally,three representative mega yachts have been selected as the authentication in this paper.A comprehensive assessment of habitability environment engineering has been made to the master suite and restaurant which has a typical representative significance of the yacht by using conclusion of habitability environment index system and numerical modeling evaluation comprehensively.The effectiveness of this index system and assessment method has been tested,and proposal has been given to improve the design of the relevant yacht on the basis of assessment result.In summary,through research,the environmental evaluation index system that is suitable for the habitability design of our mega yachts has been established in this paper.Its reliability and practicality has been tested via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,habitability design of typical mega yachts has been evaluated and optimized.The result of this paper can provide theoretical support for the environment engineering design of luxury yachts,and it also has reference value for the habitability environmental design of commercial vessels.
