Through analysis of the domestic and international marine diesel engine waste heat utilization status of development,shows that after the installation of marine diesel engine waste heat utilization system that can effectively reduce diesel exhaust and cooling due to energy loss and improve the overall energy efficiency of ships.From the diesel Diesel cycle,steam turbine Rankine cycle principle point of view,expounded on the operating characteristics of the two loops,draw a diesel engine,the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine combined cycle thermal efficiency is superior to the two loops separate operation.Separately from the boiler,steam turbine waste heat matching parameters to study the waste heat steam generation unit system,has profound significance for the optional heat recovery steam generating unit program.Aiming to MAN diesel engine production company 6S50 ME host ship for waste heat utilization system,according to the knowledge of heat transfer,thermodynamics engineering,marine diesel engine waste heat utilization system will be simplified as waste heat steam generation unit,and proposed two schemes,namely dual-pressure program(ie waste heat boiler to generate high pressure superheated steam with low pressure saturated steam)single-pressure program(ie waste heat boiler generates only low pressure saturated steam),and elaborated on the water works the way the two programs,as well as systems and preheating.Steam generating unit optimization of the foundation.In this paper,two scenarios for the steam generation unit proposed to expand the HRSG design calculations,elaborated to determine the main parameters of the waste heat boiler,and basic thermodynamic theory of computation,single and double reduction calculated thermodynamic heat recovery boiler,flue gas parameters resistance,soft drinks resistance,strength,summary,and to determine the layout of both programs bundle the waste heat boiler heating surfaces of each of these parameters,and then draw a sectional view of the body structure under the two schemes waste heat boilers,waste heat boiler design computing a steam turbine is the key calculation.This design calculation program under pressure HRSG single and double for the thermodynamic calculation of steam turbine launched in dual-pressure steam production plan,proposed two turbine flow passage arranged structure;proposed arrangement of aflow-through structure in a single pressure steam production program,and two kinds of through-flow structures unfold thermodynamic calculation,the last of three kinds of steam turbine flow passage structure was analyzed.In this paper,single and double pressure HRSG steam production under the program,thermodynamic calculation steam turbine design conditions,taking into account the ship during the voyage will generally deviate from the design value,which is running the ship host variable condition,so according to the ship host variable condition parameters are for waste heat boiler,steam turbine Computation variable condition of the ship power system heat recovery steam generating unit actually running is important.
