| With the increasing demand of building space to span,spatial structure was born.The new composite space structure is the developing trend of modern space structure,the suspendome structure combines the reticulated shell structure and tensegrity structure,is a typical modern space structure.At present,the study to this kind of system by domestic and foreign experts and scholars is mainly focused on the construction process control of suspendome,temperature effect,key joints design etc..This paper was based on the background of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games venue-North University Gymnasium suspendome,based on reading a lot of references at home and abroad,combined with the problems encountered in the design and the construction of the steel structure,deep and detailed research and analysis were carried out on the temperature effect of construction process,the influence of different support constraint conditions on the prestressed tension process and the optimized structure of the supporting up joint,specific content as follows:Combined with the characteristics of the project,the installation scheme of the upper shell was compared,the prestressed tension scheme was compared,the overall construction scheme of the structure was determined,prepared for the construction of the project.The temperature effect of the suspendome on cable tensioning construction process was studied.The temperature effect on the cable tension construction was discussed,and put forward a kind of method that can not only consider the temperature change during construction,but consider the construction stages and supporting conditions in the whole process of tensioned-prestressing construction.Research showed that,in large daily temperature difference area,temperature effect should be considered during prestressed tension construction.The influence of different support constraint conditions on the prestressed tension construction was studied.Through the analysis of cable tension construction under different support constraint conditions,tracking and comparison of various parameters of the structure in the process of prestressed tension construction,determined the optimal constraint condition.Results showed that,releasing the radial restraint of supports is more favorable to structure construction.The optimized structure of the supporting up joint was studied.The structure of the supporting up joint was optimized,the mechanical properties of the joint was compared and analyzed in detail before and after the structure optimization under the design condition and the ultimate load condition.Research showed that,the optimized joint is more reliable for the transmission of tension.This paper solved the key problems and technical problems in the construction of the project,experience and reference for the construction of similar projects in the future were provided. |
