With the rise of the concept of project management,China's construction industry has also entered a new era of project management system.In recent years,whether the contractor or the owner,have begun to use the advanced project management concept to carry out the construction project work.Over the past 20 years,China's modernization drive moves forward,the number of construction projects in various regions increased rapidly.According to the National Bureau of Statistics data,the total output value of the national construction industry in 2016 has reached 1935.67 billion yuan.However,compared with the rapid development of the construction industry,the domestic project management technology started relatively late.So there is still a large room for improvement to apply management project theory to practice.Especially considering the high investment,large-scale,long-term,diversified demand and detailed refinement of construction projects,the importance of project risk management is more prominent.The relativity of interests makes stakeholders hold different emphasis in the project risk management work.The project management mode of the contractor has been developed so far.As an investor of the construction project,the owner needs to strength exploration of project risk management.This paper aims to discuss the risk of a state-owned enterprise,which is not professionally engaged in the construction business,how to deal with the risks at all stages of the life cycle of the project.This paper is divided into six chapters.All the discussion will be based on a building construction project of the state-owned enterprise S Group,which is a non-professional construction enterprise.Taking the relevant research results and basic project management risk theory as a guide,this paper will research the initiation,the planning,the implementation,the supervision and the acceptance of the project.This paper will identify the factors that will be at risk and evaluate their impact and controllability,also evaluate if the existing management model is consistent with the fundamental concept of project management and optimize the process.Finally,through the improvement of the existing management model,sum up a specific program meeting their own situation of the project risk management in special situations.
