Research On Risk Management Of Agent Construction Unit Of Government Investment Project Under Agent Construction System

Under the agent construction system,the agent construction unit faces more and more complex risks.The risk management level of agent construction unit is the key to the sustainable development of Agent Construction Unit and Agent Construction System Government investment project.Therefore,this paper uses the literature,Empirical Research,case study method to study the risk management of government investment project agent.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,and explains the research contents,technical routes and methods,this paper summarizes the concept and type of agent construction system,the government investment project,the agent construction unit,the Division of Agent Construction Project Life Cycle stages,and the concept and process of agent Construction Project Risk Management,thirdly,based on the WBS,the risk of the agent construction unit in each phase of the project is identified and the index of risk evaluation is defined.Next,the weight of Risk Evaluation Index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs the risk evaluation model of government investment project agent under agent construction system by using mould and comprehensive evaluation,a case study on the risk management of the agent construction unit of the government investment project under the agent construction system is carried out.The risk evaluation model is applied to the risk evaluation analysis of the agent construction unit Based on the evaluation score of the risk evaluation index of the indicator layer,it is found that the risk of project establishment is the main risk in the decision-making stage of the project,the main risks in the preparatory stage of construction are the selection risk,design risk,construction contract signing risk in the risk of contract signing and supplier contract signing risk,land requisition and demolition risk in the risk of organization and relationship coordination,design Management Risk,construction management risk,construction contract management risk,supplier contract change and supervision management risk,organization and relationship coordination risk are the main risks in construction phase,the risk of completion acceptance and maintenance is the main risk in the preparation phase of construction,and the measures to deal with the risk are proposed.
