Study On Development And Utilization Of Underground Space In Downtown Area Of Suzhou

With the continuous development of urbanization and the rapid concentration of urban population,the original urban scale has been unable to meet the needs of urban development.In addition,in China's strict farmland protection policy,relying on the city construction path will be incremental,the total land supply constraints,and actively explore the new comprehensive utilization way of city space,has become an important research topic for the sustainable development of the city.From domestic and international experience,lack of underground space can effectively compensate the ground city function,improve the efficiency of city space interests,optimize the structure of the city,realize the comprehensive utilization of land,improve the bearing capacity of the city.However,the study of urban underground space is still at the exploratory stage in our country,and most of the practical research is concentrated in big cities,but there is still little research on small and medium-sized cities.Therefore,this paper takes the downtown area of Suzhou as a specific object of study,explores and studies the development and utilization of underground space,so as to provide a reference for the development and utilization of underground space in small and medium-sized cities in the future.On the basis of previous studies,combined with practical cases of specific research.First,analyzed the current situation of the study area of underground space,causes of problems and development;secondly,AHP and expert scoring method for basic quality and social economic factors and comprehensive evaluation of underground space resources in the study area,and according to the trend extrapolation,demand intensity prediction method and system of single index method to predict the demand of underground space scale;research area layout planning based on the vertical stratification of underground space,and chose to focus on the underground public service facilities,and summed up the mode of development and utilization of regional underground space: "the central link" and "gathering" mode,and the two models are summarized in detail;finally,put forward different vertical depth based on the development and utilization of underground space,different types,"connection" and "gathering point It is the main mode of development and utilization of underground space in small and medium-sized cities.
