Research On "Effective Response" Mode Of Underground Space Development And Utilization In Old Urban Area Of Dalian

In the final analysis,urban space is the necessities of human necessities and human activities.Underground space is also an important resource for human to expand urban space.In May 1981,the United Nations Natural Resources Commission defined underground space as an important natural resource.Since the 1980 s,people have attached great importance to the development and utilization of underground space resources in urban construction.Underground space resources are one of the important components of urban public activity space resources and an important way of urban land intensive development.Urban construction is changing from increment to orderly construction,moderate development and efficient operation.With the goal of urban intensive development and the reflection of urban construction,urban expansion and urban planning methods,the underground space must respond to the needs of urban development for space,and the development and construction of underground space should also have "effective response" mode and strategy,especially in the old urban areas of the city.The development and utilization of underground space can improve the efficiency of urban operation to a certain extent.The integrated layout and three-dimensional construction of underground and overground space is not only the direction of construction,but also the means to ensure the efficient operation of the city.In addition,it can also improve the quality of urban space and solve the important contradiction of urban space.Under the requirement of new urbanization,urban construction must follow the road of "effective response" and intensive and connotative development.Intensive construction is the principle to ensure the sustainable development of cities.Based on the theory of development and utilization of underground space and taking the practice of development and utilization of underground space in the old urban area of Dalian as the research object,this paper judges the development trend of development and utilization of underground space in the old urban area of Dalian by studying and drawing lessons from developed countries and regions.The development stage,problems and opportunities of urban underground space are studied and judged,and the effective response mode and strategy for the development and utilization of underground space in old urban area of Dalian city are established based on goal-oriented and problem-oriented.It is hoped to further optimize the theoretical research and planning practice of the development and utilization of underground space in old urban areas of Dalian.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the paper,which introduces the background,purpose and method of the research on the utilization of underground space in old urban areas.The second chapter summarizes and describes the theory of underground space and effective response,and introduces the concept of "effective response" to underground space.This paper concludes the concept of effective response in underground space,and conducts relevant casestudies to provide theoretical basis,concept extension and experience reference for the paper.Chapter three is mainly about the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the underground space in the old urban area,summarizing the current situation and problems,and analyzing the needs and objectives of the transformation,so as to provide basic operational analysis for the mode and strategy of the underground space transformation in the old urban area.In the fourth chapter,the strategies of effectively upgrading the built underground space in the old urban area,the effective mode of developing and utilizing the underground space in the historical landscape area and the effective mode of developing the new underground space are studied,and the operation mode and strategy with "effective response" are given.The fifth chapter analyzes the opportunities for proper transformation of underground space in old urban areas,and puts forward effective implementation measures.Chapter 6 summarizes the effective response modes and strategies for the construction of underground space in old urban areas,with a view to providing reference for the development and utilization of underground space in old urban areas.Emphasis is placed on introducing the concept of "effective response" in the article,just to reflect on the current urban development model of the rough type."effective response" is not only a simple,effective,comprehensive and humanized means and means of urban construction,but more importantly,a kind of thinking,a concept of urban development and urban construction.I hope to integrate into the urban construction and make the city more refined and livable.
