With the development of science and technology,lubricants have become an important part of economic development.LaF3 and MoS2 as anti-friction and anti-wear materials is the current research hotspot.They have made a lot of experimental data on the evaluation of their anti-wear properties in different lubricating media,made a lot of important scientific research.However,LaF3 and MoS2 composite nanoparticles have not yet come to a convincing conclusion on the dispersion stability and anti-wear and grinding of lubricating oil additives.In this paper,nano-LaF3 and nano-MoS2 composite particles were used as lubricating oil additives,the dispersion and stability of nano-LaF3 and nano-MOS2 composite particles,the tribological properties of nanocomposites and the mechanism of anti-wear and anti-friction were studied,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Nanometer LaF3 was prepared by alcohol water method,Hydrothermal synthesis of nano-molybdenum disulfide powder was prepared.Particle size analysis of nano-LaF3 and nano-MoS2 was performed by using nanometer laser particle size analyzer?The results show:The average particle size of MoS2 is 188nm,the average particle size of LaF3 is 70.4 nm.(2)Contrast Mechanical Stirring dispersion.Mechanical Stirring + Surfactant T161?Strong ultrasound+Mechanical Stirring + Surfactant T161.The dispersion stability of the composite nano-particle lubricating oil dispersed by strong ultrasonic +mechanical stirring + surfactant T161 is the best?When the mass ratio of surfactant T161 to nanocomposite particles is 1:2,the dispersion stability is the best?(3)When the total mass ratio of surfactant T161 to composite nanoparticles is 1:2,and the mass ratio of nano LaF3 and molybdenum disulfide is 1:1.Design four-ball friction and wear test,Relationship between anti-wear and friction-reducing properties of nano-LaF3 and nano-MOS2 in composite nano-lubricant additives,When the total amount of nano-LaF3 and molybdenum disulfide is 0.5%(4)Using the reciprocating friction and wear testing machine to examine the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of the optimal ratio of composite nano-particle lubricating oil and base oil.The results show that under the same experimental conditions,the friction coefficient of composite nano-particles with optimal ratio is 9.03%lower than that with base oil,and the average wear volume is reduced by 21.9%.
