The management of water conservancy project information in Zhumadian is still lagging behind.It is urgent to use advanced GIS technology to develop a water conservancy information management service platform,so as to realize the efficient management of Zhumadian water conservancy project and the sharing of information resources.The Zhumadian water conservancy information system has been integrated with the basic geographic information data,water conservancy project data and 3D scene data of Zhumadian City,through the investigation and analysis,selected B/S development pattern,designed the system interface and function,and the integrated development of the use of ArcGIS platform,Skyline platform,completed the function of each module in the system,the realization of the Zhumadian water conservancy spatial data of 2D and 3D unified management,query and analysis,test the system finally.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,Research system requirements and key technologies.Through the investigation of Zhumadian Water Bureau information management work,study the water authority of the system's overall demand,including data needs and functional requirements;through the demand analysis,clarify the key technology of system development,including multi-source heterogeneous data integration architecture,Zhumadian geographic information public service platform design and Realization of 3D visualization model based on B/S.For the follow-up development of the system laid the foundation.Secondly,Research the design of Zhumadian water conservancy information system.According to the system requirements and key technology research,the overall design of the system,selected development model and development platform.At the same time,the system database,system interface and system functions are designed.The system database includes basic logical information database,3D geographic information database and water conservancy special database.The system function includes four modules: map operation,data query,thematic layer and 3D analysis.Thirdly,Research the production and distribution of system data.The basic geographic information data and 3D terrain data is carrying water data,is the foundation of system development,this paper studies the basic geographic information data,with sections and ArcGIS Server release method,release methods of water conservancy related data and three-dimensional scene data production and dissemination methods,complete the system required,base map the 3D scene,the production and release of water related data.Fourthly,Development of each function module of the system.The research provided by the interface and application development mode and method of ArcGIS and Skyline platform,the two and three dimensional system query and management functions by calling the ArcGIS API for JavaScript to achieve three-dimensional analysis,module function space measurement using Skyline platform provided by JavaScript API to achieve,through the system of internal integration,completed the development of two or three dimensional function of the system.Fifth,System application and test.The application of the system in water conservancy spatial information query,calculation and analysis of flood inundation range,water conservancy is studied.The system's function and analysis result are tested,and the integrity and function reliability of the system are verified.The development of Zhumadian water conservancy information system can effectively solve the key technical problems in the development,realize the 3D visualization of spatial information integration and B/S model under the heterogeneous data release,according to the Zhumadian geographic information public service platform architecture was designed,based on the production and release of the relevant data on the demand of the system,and finally the development of realize the function module of the system.After application of test system,that meets the design objectives,to meet the demand of Zhumadian water resources management and service information,provide technical support for the design,Zhumadian water conservancy facilities maintenance and reasonable utilization of water resources,flood disaster emergency disposal.
