| In the operation and maintenance phase of the hydropower station,it involves a large number of tasks of maintaining electromechanical equipment,for which the traditional way is that according to the scheduled maintenance plan in advance,the maintenance management personnel carry out maintenance and repair work of all kinds of equipment by inquiring the two-dimensional drawings,documents,and other piles of data of the equipment.However,it is time consuming and difficult to manage effectively.Against the drawbacks above,under the premise of considering the characteristics of maintenance management of electromechanical equipment in hydropower station,fully analyze the basic information of maintenance management activities,point out the limitation of the traditional management method and its breakthrough direction,and based on this,combined with BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology and IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)standard system,establish a new information model of maintenance management of electromechanical equipment in hydropower station,and develop a maintenance management platform for electromechanical equipment.The research work in details is as follows:(1)Through researching on the traditional maintenance management mode of the electromechanical equipment of hydropower station to obtain the key business models including the management elements of maintenance process,management process and other information,the information model of maintenance management of electromechanical equipment of hydropower station is formed through using the system development ideas and BIM technology to inducing,distilling and abstracting the models,and it provides the management concept support for follow-up work.(2)Study on the entity class related to equipment maintenance management in IFC standard system,and according to the unique characteristics of hydropower station and certain rules,entity extension is carried out for IFC standards.And the facility management delivery infrastructure MVD(Model View Definitions)is selected as the IFC data exchange standard between the construction delivery stage and equipment maintenance management to provide standard lightweight BIM sub model data for maintenance management platform.(3)Based on the information model of maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment of hydropower station,and taken BIM sub model of maintenance management including all kinds of detailed but not redundant information as data base,an electromechanical equipment maintenance management platform of hydropower station based on IFC standard is created using system development ideas to provide information and visual management tools for equipment maintenance activities and improve the working efficiency and technical level of the maintenance and management personnel of the hydropower station.(4)Using mixed development model to set up the mobile terminal application software supporting with the platform,it provides convenience for the on-site maintenance work of the electromechanical equipment in hydropower station through the two-dimensional code scanning,on-site information reporting and other means,and it constitutes the practical application of the maintenance management information model with the computer terminal management platform together. |
