Along with the rapid development of urbanization,and the massive growth of urban population,brings the increasing of the daily commutes and car ownership.Based on development lag of public transport,derived a series of urban problems.Under the background of the frequent occurrence of traffic jams,In order to the construction of healthy city,perfect the construction of urban public traffic system has become an important task of urgently needed to be solved in the near future.Through the perspective of healthy city,Tianjin as the research object,complete the optimization of urban public traffic system research,to provide new insights for the healthy development of Tianjin,hope to improve the traffic status quo of tianjin,and to provide protection for health travel of the residents.Integration of multidisciplinary theory research results,and dominated by planning,to build public transportation system optimization framework under the healthy perspective.First,through relevant literature review at home and abroad,and the study of the good cases on healthy city,to combine with the domestic situation and problems of public traffic system,and to put forward the "Multi-mode" structure concept for system building,Including "Transverse multi-mode" which is a blend of Public transport management system,Planning-construction and operation system,public participation system,and "Longitudinal multi-mode " which is coordinated development of three levels in "macro,medium and micro" based on the urban public transport planning-construction and operation system.Secondly,combing the relationship between the three systems,build the structure model of the healthy multi-modal public traffic system,and put forward optimization strategy of the three system architecture;From the perspective of planning,to analyze in "macro,medium and micro" of the public transportation system,and find the optimization strategies.Finally,based on the current development of public traffic in Tianjin,through questionnaire and interview to Tianjin residents for understanding the situation and feelings In the process of public transport operation,Combined with the structure model,present the optimization method in view of the Tianjin.
