| Prefabricated box girder has the characteristics of good quality and fast construction speed,and is widely used in highway bridge construction.The precast beam field plays a key role in the overall precast construction of large tonnage long-scale prestressed concrete box girder.At home and abroad,the site selection,layout planning and foundation reinforcement of super-large tonnage box girder precast beam fields are rarely involved,so it is necessary to conduct a deeper research on the planning and design of precast beam fields.This thesis takes the prefabricated beam yard of the first phase of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway double-track as the research object,and analyzes and researches the site selection,layout planning of the beam yard and its foundation reinforcement.1.In the planning and design of the prefabricated beam yard,the method of analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to select the site,and the system layout method is used to design the layout of the functional area of the prefabricated beam yard,and the foundations of the prefabricated beam yard are reinforced.2.Combined with the planning and design of the super tonnage prefabricated beam yard of the first phase of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway double-track project,the research has been conducted.Firstly,combined with the planning and design of the prefabricated beam yard,from the analysis of engineering requirements,hydrometeorological conditions,location and geomorphological conditions,traffic conditions,and cost factors,the location influencing factors of the prefabricated beam yard are determined.Analytical hierarchy method is used to determine the weight of location selection.And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate comprehensively the site selection of the beam yard and determine its final location.Secondly,according to the planning principle of prefabricated beam yard functional area,the functional area and scale of the prefabricated beam yard with super tonnage of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway are determined.The system layout method is used to optimize the layout of the functional area of the prefabricated beam yard and determine the functional area layout of the beam yard.Finally,based on the fact that the selected beam yard is located in the fish pond area,which is a typical area with soft soil,the foundation was analyzed and evaluated,and it is proposed that the auxiliary production area of the prefabricated yard and the office and living area should be reinforced by dredging and slag replacement.The pedestal foundation design of "pile foundation + cap" is adopted in the area,and it was checked and verified,and the verification method is effective.3.Based on the large-volume,large-tonnage,and multi-type prefabricated beams required for the first-phase project of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway double-track,the prefabricated yard has been planned and designed and the problems of the actual planning and design of the project are solved,which also provides a certain reference for the construction of other Large-scale temporary works. |
