Improvement And Research On New Brazing Equipment For Candu6 Nuclear Fuel Element

The old brazing equipment of Candu6 fuel element has been used to make the for ten consecutive years,the equipment is aging,and the related spare parts have been stopped.The new soldering machine is introduced as a backup device because of its technology leading and operating intelligence.The device uses the world's leading high frequency power supply,the device structure has the characteristic of modularity,the operation realizes intelligence.However,the new equipment is not reasonable due to its structural design,resulting in low production capacity,and without the supporting process documents,it is not equipped with the conditions for spare equipment and production.In order to further enhance production capacity,the new type of single pipe brazing machine has carried on the related improvement.First of all,according to the related principle of electromagnetic induction,analysis and the induction heating mode of the welding power through the related theoretical calculation,eventually,by means of shunt capacitance and inductance their of welding power source.The welding positioning component was redesigned and installed.Improved after the completion of the new type of single pipe brazing machine by two welding chamber is added to the four welding chamber,the loading process of a times longer than the original save,raise the production efficiency to 4times.And then began to develop a new type of single pipe brazing process and research,based on the accumulation of experience,and analyses the influence factors of brazing technology on,through the analysis,rule out other factors influence on new type of single pipe soldering process,and to preliminarily determine on the basis of the process parameters,selecting suitable parameters for the welding power and welding time double factor comprehensive experiment,and the judgment standard of weld were determined.The parameters of welding power and welding time are determined by analyzing the test results.The improvement of the equipment and the successful development of the process marked that the new single-tube soldering machine can be formally put into use and equipped with the ability of spare equipment.
