The mortar production workshop of H company was built in 2002.The annual capacity of the initial design is 8700 tons.After several times equipment upgrading,it was developed into a production workshop with an annual capacity of 14000 tons.With the vigorous development of China's infrastructure,the pace of dry mortar development is accelerating,and the market demand is increasing.Now,the market demand of H company's mortar products is more than 30000 tons.Because of the huge market development prospects attracting many international multinational companies,almost all the major companies in the construction products field have set up companies or offices to produce dry mortar products in China.Some international dry powder mortar production giants continue to increase investment and develop technology in China.More and more dry powder mortar plant has been established in China.With the rapid growth of this business,the fierce competition and how to maintain the stability of product quality and ensure the timely delivery of products have become an urgent problem for H company.To develop a mortar workshop with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons is the goal set by H Company.Combining with the improvement methods of IE,this paper studies the optimization of the problems in the production process of mortar workshop of H Company,focusing on the reduction or even elimination of the non-value-added process in the production process.Through the comprehensive research and elaboration of the optimization of production process,process reengineering,how to optimize and adjust the layout of production equipment,equipment control system,etc.This study will have a strong guiding significance for the optimization of mortar production process of H company.In this paper,the development of IE at home and abroad is briefly introduced.This paper introduces the situation of H Company's products,the production process of mortar products and the key points of production process,and uses value flow chart to show and analyze the current production process of the enterprise.At the same time,combining with the corresponding IE analysis method,it uses the corresponding 5W1 H to discuss systematically.Through the analysis of ECRS method of data and flow chart,it establishes the improvement focus and improvement.And through re-optimization of some existing processes,adjustment of equipment parameters,reasonable layout of workshop equipment,research from the direction of people/logistics,using mechanized production mode and digital control system to replace the traditional manual operation.The general situation of project investment,scheme design and adjustment are introduced.The problems in different stages of the project are put forward.The specific causes and influencing factors in project tracking and process management,including human,material,machine,law and other specific factors.Targeted to solve the problems in the project and project schedule control.By finding out the existing problems and putting forward the solutions and measures,it will be implemented.Finally,the improvement effect is verified.Finally,this paper will continue to improve the application of the current start-up workshop upgrading and transformation projects,specific analysis and relevant recommendations.
