Wind energy as one of the clean energy has been recognized and developed rapidly in the world because of its unique advantages.Offshore wind power,with its excellent performance,has become the wind vane of wind energy development.This research focuses on a new type of fully submerged floating foundation and the installation technology of the whole wind turbine system,because that not only is this structure in line with the direction of wind to the deep sea,but also for the degree of concern on the construction and installation of the offshore wind turbine is not enough.Innovative construction and installation technology to lay the foundation for the long-term development of offshore wind turbine is needed urgently.First of all,two sets of innovative construction programs are put forward,each set of construction plans are introduced in detail.Two schemes of the wet towing process are simulated respectively by using the hydrodynamic software MOSES,obtaining the variation curve of the whole structure’s displacement and the cable tension under different working conditions,when towing for single body or by adding auxiliary buoy to it.Then simulation and analysis are carried out on the cable collecting and installation sinking process of the full submersible offshore tension leg wind turbine by using the hydrodynamic software MOSES to obtain the motion response of the whole structure under different conditions.This process and the single body towing constitute the first set of construction program.Using the same submerged wind turbine as the study object,this paper presents a set of water injecting installation technology which matches with the added auxiliary buoy to carry out towing to accomplish the integrated installation of this kind of structure.They form the second sets of the programs.Simulation and analysis are carried out on the construction sinking process by using the hydrodynamic software MOSES to obtain the motion response of the structure.Finally,different characteristics of two schemes are summarized and compared,and the construction suggestions are given.
