In recent years,China has begun to explore and develop the assembly building actively.With the vigorous support and promotion of national policies,the development of prefabricated buildings drove into the "fast lane".The national hair office [2016],in document 71,made it clear that it would take a decade or so to increase the proportion of Chinese assembly buildings in new buildings from 5% now to 30%.It can be seen that the state's determination to develop the fabricated building is very firm.The prefabricated concrete structure is constructed from the construction of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures.It has many advantages compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure: make up for the deficiency of the traditional architecture,saves resources,reduce the pollution to the environment construction,improve labor productivity and quality and safety levels,reduce construction cost.Promoting the development of the construction industry towards information and industrialization is an important measure to promote the reform of the construction industry.In all buildings,residential buildings accounted for the largest proportion,reaching more than 80%,and most of which are the structure of shear wall of high-rise reinforced concrete.Therefore,the research and development of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure is a top priority.Based on the actual engineering,we study the prefabricated concrete shear wall structures,mainly in the construction technology and seismic performance of the structure of the following aspects of the study:(1)The detailed analysis of the technical problems in the construction process of the project includes the construction process of the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure,the lifting process of the vertical component and the horizontal component,and the grouting construction process,etc.It proposes solutions to address the problem,and make the appropriate improvements.At the same time,the construction of the grouting sleeve used in the project has been improved,applied for a utility model patents successfully.(2)Apply BIM technology to the fabricated building.Using Tekla software to model the project,introduced into Navisworks,to conducte the four-dimensional construction simulation analysis.Through the simulation analysis found in the construction of the problems,and to be resolved,formed a reasonable assembly of the construction organization program.(3)This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the "equivalent pouring" design concept of the prefabricated concrete structure,puts forward the idea of the prefabricated concrete structure based on the isolation design,and analyzes its advantages.This paper points out that there are some problems in the splitting of the structural concrete frame shear wall structure,and puts forward some suggestions on the splitting standard of the structural concrete wall.(4)Developed a management information platform for prefabricated component.The intelligent construction technology of fabricated building is the trend of the development of the assembly construction.The information management of the components is carried out by using the platform.The two-dimensional code scanning of the component is achieved through the mobile terminal APP,which can realize the effective process control of the whole assembly-Which solves the problems existing in the traditional construction management process.(5)The seismic performance of the two structures is analyzed by comparing the finite element analysis software SAP2000 with the assembled concrete structure without isolation layer for an engineering project.Through the simulation analysis,it is concluded that the assembled concrete structure with the isolation layer can be designed according to the requirement of lower than the regional fortification intensity.
