With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the continuous acceleration of the process of urbanization,there are higher requirements for the development of my country’s building structure.The modernization of the construction industry has subsequently become an important development direction of the construction industry in China,and prefabricated buildings are also important As a component,the fabricated concrete structure must be an important direction for the development of building structures.The fabricated concrete structure has the advantages of high production efficiency,good product quality,and environmental protection,which are conducive to the sustainable development of society.Prefabricated buildings need to be produced on the basis of standardized and standardized design for large-scale and factory-based components to form a relatively fixed system.After transportation and hoisting,they will be assembled and constructed in accordance with the design requirements at the construction site to form the overall assembly of the building.The industrial chain,so as to give full play to the advantages and benefits of the fabricated structure.However,prefabricated buildings is still in the promotion process in China.The component design system is not fully mature,the component nodes are diverse,and the unity cannot be formed,and the actual situation of on-site construction has not been considered,resulting in subsequent on-site construction.There are varying degrees of conflict,restricting the overall effectiveness.Based on an engineering example of a high-rise prefabricated concrete structure construction project in Baiyun District,Guangzhou,this paper discusses several key issues in the in-depth design of prefabricated concrete structures during the implementation process,such as prefabricated components,connection nodes,and collision detection analysis.Intensified design points for prefabricated components such as beams and floor slabs,developed a new type of primary and secondary beams lapped "cow stretcher" connection nodes,and conducted collision detection and analysis of beam-slab-column components of the assembled split system to reduce subsequent construction due to imperfect design Through the research and analysis of several key issues in the construction of precast components on-site transportation,construction preparation,component hoisting and comprehensive benefit analysis of prefabricated buildings,the main points of transportation route planning and construction preparation for precast concrete components on site are put forward.Optimized the main points of the prefabricated component hoisting construction process,and developed a series of new key construction technologies.By comparing with the traditional cast-in-place building,the comprehensive benefits of the prefabricated building were studied and analyzed,so as to show the superiority of the prefabricated concrete structure.
