At present,prefabricated buildings are rapidly developed with the support of national policies,but various problems still exist in the development process.Due to the fact that the information of the participants in the design phase is not shared,the unreasonable component splitting in the design phase and the low design accuracy of the component deepening are caused.There are many design changes during the construction process,and the design results are difficult to meet the construction requirements,affecting the progress of the on-site Quality and structural safety.In the construction stage,most of the prefabricated buildings use interspersed flow,but the rationality of the plan is difficult to analyze.At the same time,because the information is not shared in real time,the schedule between the construction party,the transporter and the component factory is difficult to carry out quickly and adjust,which in turn lead to conflicts between plans.Since the departments are independent of each other,in the process of quality and safety management,no information sharing leads to an increase in repetitive work.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a synergy mechanism to organize the collaborative design and construction phase planning and information of each participant.Based on the research of BIM theory,synergy theory and the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the main synergistic participants,this paper carries out the collaborative framework design of design and construction,and participates in the design time,work tasks and information transmission direction of each participant.Etc.In the design stage,explain the main participants and their tasks,analyze the main work related to the synergy,which is the splitting and deepening of the components,and design the collaborative structure in the design phase,and then carry out the collaborative process design of each work.Finally,the design of the BIM application method is carried out to solve the problem of component limitation,which facilitates the work progress in the construction phase.In the same stage,the main participants and their tasks are analyzed in the construction stage,and the collaborative work is designed in synergy.The mainwork is the collaborative process design and BIM application design.Limited analysis of interspersed flow operations between different professions within the party,and external coordination with the participants of the logistics unit,production unit,etc.;on the other hand,establishing a quality and safety collaborative management process,so that safety and quality management are based on schedule management Conducting,integrated management of on-site material quality and construction quality,and using sensor technology for on-site intelligent monitoring,this process reduces many repetitive tasks and improves the efficiency of on-site quality and safety management.Finally,the above collaborative mechanism is analyzed through actual cases to verify the effectiveness and feasibility.The research shows that the BIM-based collaborative building design and construction coordination mechanism design can coordinate the problems of the participants in solving the unreasonable component splitting and deepening the design precision in the design stage.In the construction stage,the 4D simulation technology can be used to carry out the internal professional of the construction.The limited analysis of the interpenetrating flow operation finds that it is unreasonable.The two-dimensional code technology and the cloud platform can coordinate the schedule of the construction party,the component factory and the logistics unit,and at the same time improve the on-site quality and safety management efficiency.
