Research On Material Traceability Management Technology During Cruise Construction

Material traceability management is an important part of material management.There are many main technologies included in the system of the material management system:material coding technology,data acquisition technology and material traceability management technology.In this paper,simulation technology was added in the material traceability management of data level,so it can achieve the model visualization management;combine the data with the model closely.The effective material management system can guarantee the quality of cruise ship construction,not only can reduce the cost but also improve the production effectiveness.At present,China's construction of the cruise is still relatively unfamiliar in the initial stage.For the cruise construction enterprises,apart from needing to use material management system to ensure the quality of production,they also need to fully grasp the informatization theory system.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studied the key technology of traceability management of cruise ship material.Based on the key technology theory,this paper designs and realizes visual material traceability management simulation system,to verify the feasibility of the system and technical theory.In the aspect of theoretical research,this paper firstly studies the information coding technology of traceability management of cruise ship material,designs a set of material coding scheme according to the meaning and compiling principle of material traceability management information coding.And then combined with the characteristics of cruise ship construction,adopts RFID automatic identification technology,to enhance the ability to collect data.Secondly,the concept of batch list is put forward under the guidance of batch management.Based on the batch list,cruise ship material model is established,the cruise material is traced back and the process is analyzed,and the BOL model is put forward from the point of view of product quality.Finally,the traceability method of cruise ship material is studied,and the trajectory material tracing algorithm based on BOL is proposed to complete the research of material traceability management algorithm.In the aspect of system implementation,this paper firstly defines the system requirements according to theories,analyzes the function of the system and analyzes the business process.Secondly,make an overall design of the system,including the functionstructure and simulation function of the system.Finally,based on the JAVA language and the ORACLE database,the system has been developed and realized.The key technologies and simulation techniques involved in the material management are expressed in the form of algorithms,and the validity and feasibility of the material management system are demonstrated by the concrete examples.
