The research on damage stability is relatively mature,and from the stability of sm?all angle of inclination to the stability of large angle of inclination,but most of them are damage stability studying on single cabin or multiple cabin s after water inflow.It is the rare research that seawater enters the first compartment from the outside of the ship and then from the first cabin to the second cabin with the two damaged cabin s when the ca-bin is damaged and the seawater enters the cabin during the voyage of the ship.At the same time,various theoretical methods have been put forward in the country,but the ac-tual adjustment plan has not been taken into consideration the actual loading condition after the ship tilts.It is introduced that sea water inters into the ship's cabins and the floating conditio-n of vessels having been tilted is adjusted in the paper.We have anslysed the process of water enter the cabin by the crevasse that the crevasse is in the side of the single cabin and in the bottom of cabin.Apart from,according to the crevasse in the side the cabins,we have divided the couple of cabins for four types,and according to the crevasse in the bottom of cabins,it is divided the couple of cabins for two types.At the same time,the in-flunet rate of sea water have inferred in different processes for the couple of the damag-ed cabins.It is accurated that the result of ansysis is that calculating the process of the water intering the cabins by using the computer solfware of VB which not only make the predictions,but alse give the guidances for make the effective measures for leaking stoppage in the suitable time.In addition to,anti-sinking dceision-making have been intr-oduced the major of which adjust the floating condition of vessels in the sea and which make the floating condition and stability of vessels approach the point that is required.The best adjustion measure have been filterred by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation met-hod and sorting algorithm can calculate all the measures for adjusting the floating cond-ition and stability of vessels and found the the best adjustion measure.We have held the conculsions that the measure for watering to the empty cabins have adjusted the floating co-ndition and stability of vessels approach the point that is required.
