The research shows that the single container cost,investment cost,voyage cost and operating cost of super large container ship are lower than those of small container ship.Therefore,the trend of container ship's large-scale development is becoming faster and faster.Maersk Line was the first to order 20000TEU container ship in order to pursue the benefit,so 20000TEU container ship came into being.As the representative of the super-large container ships in today's society,20000 TEU container ships play an increasingly important role in the maritime trade exchanges among various countries.Facing such a "giant",container stowage personnel must consider the strength and stability of the 20000TEU container ships when it comes to navigation.Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the still water bending moment of a ship under a given condition.The 20000TEU container ship is selected for calculation at the structure draft.In the optimization,the loading weight of each Bay is taken as the decision variable,with particular emphasis on the trim after loading the ship and giving the mathematical expression model of the constraint.The still water bending moment of the ship through optimization is smaller than that of the actual ship and the optimization effect is different when the load is different.The stability based stowage plan is calculated on the basis of the loading weight of each Bay obtained when the still water bending moment is optimized.Taking the ratio of the number of containers loaded in the hold at each Bay to the total number of containers in the Bay as the decision variables,the new function of the height of initial stability expressed as a formula.Four possible limit loadings are proposed for each Bay.The least loading of containers at each position in the cargo hold is calculated when the container ship reaches the minimum initial stability under the condition of optimal still water bending moment.This is based on a reasonable loading plan.A study method of loading plan of 20000TEU container ship based on target stability is presented.The loading plan of 20000TEU container ship under the corresponding conditions can be obtained by using the program when inputting the value of (?).In this paper,the optimization method for homogeneous loading of 12t TEU,14t TEU and 16t TEU is verified.The results show that the optimization method can reduce the static water bending moment of 20000TEU container ship(container loaded with the above-mentioned container weight)by 13.2%,9.8%,1.7%.The stability check is carried out with the optimized loading plan.Stability meets the requirements of relevant criteria.
