| With the rapid development of international trade,ocean freight,as its main mode of transport,is expanding in scale.Container terminal is the main place for sea and land reloading in container transportation.How to make a ship stowage plan to improve the turnover efficiency of the terminal and shorten the berthing time is an important factor for the terminal to ensure its competitiveness.Based on the background of the stowage process of a large container terminal in China,this thesis proposes a method of automatic stowage plan for container ships considering the coordinated operation of the terminal,the constraints of ship stowage and the factors affecting the turnover efficiency of the container terminal.The proposed method is verified using the historical stowage data of the background terminal.First of all,a mathematical model is obtained in this thesis to demonstrate the evaluation indexes in the process of ship stowage from the perspective of ship master and terminal.From the point of view of the ship master,a pre-allocation model conforming to the navigation norms is then established to minimize the dumping volume of the loading and unloading vessels in the whole route.The corresponding algorithm is designed while considering the influence of the order of loading and unloading ports on the pre-allocation effect.Secondly,starting from the point of view of making the actual allocation plan of the wharf,an expert system of ship actual allocation is built based on the experience of manual actual allocation.The expert system is then exploited to generate an actual allocation plan with the highest turnover efficiency of the wharf.Finally,the annealing genetic search algorithm suitable for ship matching and stowing is designed to further optimize the actual matching plan,in which the initial input is the stowage result generated by the expert system. |
