The shipbuilding industry has developed well in Zhoushan area,there have dozens of shipyard in the central port area,and the tonnage of shipbuilding from 20,000 tons to 400,000 tons range.At present,due to the exiting navigable level of Guanmen channel is 100,000 tons,all the above 100,000 tonnage shipbuilding are to be imported or exported from the west channel of the central port area.In order to promote the construction of the island access,the main channel of Ningbo Zhoushan Port will be built between Zhoushan Island and Daishan Island,which is the Sea Bridge between Zhoushan and Daishan.When the bridge is built,all the above 100,000 tonnage shipbuilding only can import or export via Guanmen channel.However,there are many islands and reefs in the narrow of Guanmen channel and the water environment is complex.Therefore,in order to evaluate the influence of the flow field inside the channel on the navigation and maneuvering of a ship with a capacity of 100,000 tons,so it is necessary to clarify the specific conditions of the flow field in the narrow section of channel and to study the influence of the flow field on the navigation of the shipbuilding.This paper is based on the detailed study of the navigable environment in the narrow of Guanmen channel,choosing MIKE 21&3 hydrodynamic model to study the numerical simulation of the flow field in the narrow section.The simulation results are compared with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the model.Then,the vertical three-dimensional flow field is converted into a two-dimensional flow field by vertical average method,which is used as the background of the flow field of the ship simulation test.And do a series of simulation test,come to the influence of flow field on the navigation of vessels.This paper has verified the accuracy of the model through the comparative analysis of simulation results and actual measured data,obtaining the flow field diagram on rapids and slow flow moment of rising and ebb tide.By the overall analysis of the flow field,the tidal current distribution characteristics are as follows.The flow velocity is too large at the rapids moment of rising and ebb tide and there is some vortex phenomenon,which is not conductive to the navigation of shipbuilding;while in slow flow moment,the flow velocity is relatively gentle and with less influence of vortex and surge wave,so that the shipbuilding can pass through the narrow of Guanmen channel at this moment.Therefore,this paper chooses the slow flow field as the background of the flow field of the simulation test.Based on the actual situation and the external environmental conditions of Guanmen channel,designing a series of simulation test for various test ship types,obtaining the controlling points and precautions.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow field in the complex section of Guanmen channel.Obtaining the accurate flow field by comparing with the actual measured data.Combined with the method of ship simulation test,studying the influence of the flow field on the navigation and maneuver of the shipbuilding,and obtaining the related navigable conclusions and suggestions,which can provide references for the real ship verification.
