During the driving process of China Railway Express,each train needs to be stopped for cunstoms transit operations and be transshipped due to the differences in rail gauge between countries.With development of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy,the number of CR express increased day by day.As a result,an increasing volume of goods will be transshipped in staions.More and more pressure on route dispatch and resource scheduling also posed a new challenge to the current manual scheduling mode of operation.As a key point of CR express,transshipment station plays an important role in the entire transport process.To improve the efficiency of the CR express transport,it is necessary to figure out the following questions:how to minimize the scheduling deviation,how to enhance work efficiency and shorten the trains' delay time,how to make full use of transshipment station resources.In this paper,a lot of literatures related to scheduling problem of transhippment station have been studied.It is found that the research on the transhippment station mainly focused on the operation flow optimization and verification of resource scope.There is still much space in research on transshipment sacheduling.In response to this situation,this paper has carried on the following several aspects research:Firstly,it has been analyzed in the basic situation of the current transshipment station,the contents,principles and strategies of the transshipment station scheduling.Secondly,above the analysis of transshipment station,a mathematic model of station scheduling,which set the shoretest average delay time as objective function,was established based on several basic assumptions.Also the constraints were considered in three aspect:train operation process,approach conflict and resource restriction.Thirdly,in view of the difficulty in solving the above mathematical model,a multi-agent simulation model based on the judgement of node occupancy conflict has been also established.In the simulation model,whether the node is occupied was judged by the information exchange between train agent and node agent.Through the model,both the train approach conflict and the resource constraint conflict have been resolved.Fourthly,by analyzing the train driving time table,it can be determined whether the approach conflict and the resource restriction conflict that have occurred before dispatching have been canceled,and then confirm the validity of the simulation model.Fifthly,by analyzing the delay time in entrance,arrival-and-departure yard,marshaling yard,waiting point and transship yard of alashankou,time benefit of converting part of single tracks to double and expanding the scale for transshipment yard can be figure out.
