With the increasing depletion of oil and other fossil resources,fuel costs half or more of the ocean shipping.At the same time,people are increasingly concerned about environmental issues.The International Maritime Organization(IMO)has also introduced increasingly stringent regulations in recent years to control the emissions of pollutants such as CO2 and NOX generated during the operation of ship.The shipping industry is facing increasing pressure of the environmental pollution brought by the high energy consumption.There are many kinds of software about ship energy utilization abroad,while the relevant domestic software is few.In this situation,the development of energy-consumption analysis software based on real ship is of great significance.In this paper,a 48000 DWT Oil Tanker was taken as the research object.Using real ship acquisition parameters as input data,modular modeling idea is utilized,based on the Seiliger cycle,average method and the principle of thermal balance,mathematical model of performance calculation and energy consumption distribution of marine main engine system is established.The operating data and design data of 48000 DWT oil tanker is used to validate the model.And the C# language based on the.NET FRAMEWORK platform is used to develop "Ship Energy Consumption Analysis Software Based on the Real Ship Data" independently to analyze the energy distribution of 48000 DWT oil tanker host system.The important thermodynamic parameters and energy consumption distribution of 48000 DWT oil tanker host system under different working conditions are compared with the design data.It is found that the error of the thermal parameters of the host system is less than 5%,while the error of a few parameters are a little bigger but still less than 10%,which verifies the accuracy of the established mathematical model.When the 6S50MC-C8-TII host operates under 100% operating conditions,the effective power accounts for 45.92% and smoke loss accounts for 24.30% of.And the cooling medium in intercooler takes away the heat about 18.96% of the host,leaving 1.79% for the heat and other losses.The "Ship Energy Consumption Analysis Software Based on the Real Ship Data" is developed using C# language based on the.NET FRAMEWORK platform to analyze the energy distribution of ship host system.The software includes more than 40 performance calculations and functional modules,with simple language and complete functions such as host performance calculation,real energy distribution,the statistical analysis of energy efficiency,MRV report generation and other functions.This software can provide technical support for operate ship data monitoring,energy conservation and emission reduction.
