As the executor of the controller instruction for the ship steam turbine control system,the ahead actuator is the important part of the steam turbine control system.The reliability,the control precision and the response time are the emphases of the traditional design work of the ahead actuator.However,with the new type of steam power plant power rating is constantly increasing,the power quality ratio of the continuous improvement,as well as more stringent noise indicators continue to put forward,how to guarantee the basic performance index of the normal ahead actuator,and solve the problems of the miniaturization,integration and vibration and noise reduction of the vehicle become an urgent problem.The development of direct displacement volume control technology provides the possibility for solving above problems.Relevant corollary equipment of domestic supply is increasingly perfect,make our country have developed based on direct drive volume control technologies are basic conditions of the actuator.In this paper,a direct drive volume control system for the hydraulic servo system was designed,which was based on the requirement of the normal ahead actuator.Compared with the traditional actuators of Marine steam turbine control system,the designed actuator cancelled the pump stations,accumulator,overflow valve,oil filter,cold oil,fuel tanks,piping and other auxiliary system that has realized the integration and miniaturization.The actuator adopts closed cycle and reducing the oil pollution,which can improve equipment reliability and working life.At the same time,when the actuator arrived at the target location,the servo motor to stop work,and protect by flow matching valve,the realization of the aim of ahead actuator damping noise reduction.And adopted a redundancy double power head design,when a power failure,another power head can achieve execution speed down to run under the condition of invariable in the rest of the performance,to further improve the executing agency work reliability.The mathematical model of a direct drive volume control ahead actuator was established.For its stability is analyzed and studied the dynamic index of step response.A fuzzy integral separated PID controller was designed for the problems such as dynamic response process of large amount of overshoot,adjustment time is long,parameter time-varying and velocity saturation.And on the basis of mathematical model are built,completed the fuzzy control table design,and using the method of takahashi complete setting of PID parameters.To working principle of the actuator and physical structure as the breakthrough point of the modeling parameters,using AMESim software established the simulation model of execution.The simulation results high credibility were validated by test,also the various performance indicators of designed actuator have reached the design requirements were verified by experiment.And its performance indicators are superior to the design requirements.Simulation as an important supplement of the test,it can achieve rapid assessment of indicators of ahead actuator design,to ensure that the design index can be realized and enhancing the efficiency of ahead actuator design.
