Marine transportation is one of the most important modes of international commodity exchange.In order to ensure the safety of ship navigation,improve the economic benefits of shipping,and make the maritime transport more rational,meteorological navigation came into being.Meteorological navigation is a comprehensive technology involving a variety of disciplinary knowledge,weather information based route planning is also an important work in weather navigation.In this context,the subject of dynamic weather planning based on the study of the dynamic route.Based on the study of the route planning method and the meteorological data published by the authoritative meteorological website,this paper puts forward an intelligent algorithm of route planning based on the analysis of the impact of the marine environment on the ship movement and uses the "most fuel route" model and " The shortest route model " is simulated and analyzed,which proves the feasibility of this paper.Firstly,the principle,method and working process of meteorological navigation are expounded,and the key of meteorological route selection is introduced.By comparing several meteorological route selection methods,the simulated annealing algorithm in intelligent algorithm is taken as the guiding ideology The route planning.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence of wind,wave and current on the motion of ship in marine hydrology,and gives the calculation formula of ship stall and the critical speed of ship,and analyzes the influence of wind and wave on the ship.Which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the objective function in the planning algorithm.Thirdly,the paper obtains and analyzes the meteorological data,and systematically expounds the intelligent optimization algorithm,introduces the route adjustment strategy and acceptance strategy,and sets up the "most fuel-saving route" model and the " " Model,respectively,describes the static programming algorithm flow and dynamic programming algorithm flow.Finally,based on the meteorological data,the route optimization model and the route planning algorithm,the simulation results of the container ship and the wind propulsion ship are obtained and the results are analyzed and simulated under different optimization models and under different planning methods.The results show that the proposed algorithm has a good effect on fuel saving and time saving,and the effect of dynamic programming is better than that of static programming.
