Demonstration And Design Of Water Supply Project Of Lianhua Reservoir In Linkou County Of Heilongjiang Province

Linkou County is located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province.In recent years,as economy develops rapidly,the demand for water resources has also increased accordingly.However,the shortage of surface water resources has increasingly exacerbated the contradiction between supply and demand in Linkou County.Gaoyun Reservoir and Xiaolongzhao Reservoir,the main water supply reservoirs,boast the total designed supply capacity as 800×10~4m~3/a.Wheares due to the continual water shortage of the two for many years,the amount of water shrank significantly than before,far less than its designed capacity.Therefore,It is of great necessity to divert water from Lianhua Reservoir to enhance the ability to water supply and to increase the supply guarantee rate,and hence to ensure the stability of residents'life.On basis of the extensive research and comprehensive collection of relevant data,the paper analyzes the runoff of four water sources including Lianhua Reservoir,Gaoyun Reservoir,Xiaolongzhao Reservoir and the planned Hanconghe River Reservoir by interpolation extension method.According to the yearbook and the plan,carrying out the water demand forecast based on the comprehensive living water quota,industrial million yuan added value of water consumption and industry water demand,this paper studies the supply and demand balance from the data provided.And after considering the investment cost,running cost,water resources condition and water quality condition in the project,the Lianhua Reservoir is the most suitable for the water supply of Linkou county,plus Gaoyun reservoir as the alternate water source.Finally,this papre puts forward the overall layout of the project and the construction organization design.The project,economically and technically reasonable,makes full use of the original water supply facilities,and abides by the relevant national design specifications,so as to:improve water quality,improve water supply safety and improve the water supply of new technologies;reduce water consumption,reduce energy consumption and reduce drug consumption.After the completion,the project will greatly promote the social and economic development of Linkou County and the surrounding areas,and will offer good basic conditions for the residents'life,industrial water and sustainable development in the region,Thus,it will provide favorable support for the further development of the city.
