In recent years,there are more and more large-scale complex construction projects,but the management model and management efficiency are relatively lagging behind,especially delay of process and undemanding control of cost in the management process which results in the gradual decline in the effectiveness of construction enterprises,even bankrupt of some enterprises.Combining with the practical case Tianjin Modern City Project of Beijing China Construction Third Engineering Bureau,this paper discusses the economy of the unified and coordinated management of the progress and cost of the large-scale complex projects.It is hoped that the management theory can be combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve the project management level of construction enterprises and enhance the efficiency of project management.First of all,this paper summarizes the development of the progress management,compares the case management with the progress management risk,and reviews and summarizes the existing and mature project management theory knowledge.Then,combining with the actual analysis of the problems in the process of domestic construction management,the paper discusses the importance of schedule management and the urgency and economic rationality of decision making.In addition,the theories of schedule management and cost management are expounded,and the theoretical model of schedule and cost management are discussed.Combining with the characteristics of construction project and management experience,the selection and optimization are carried out.Finally,an empirical analysis of the progress-cost management model is carried out in combination with the case.The usual schedule cost management uses the earned-value method,but the method only considers the total progress and the total cost,but ignores the influence of the non-critical path in the calculation on the critical path,and does not consider the enterprise efficiency problem.And the cost and schedule in the plan to match the model is a distribution matrix,the calculation is difficult.In this paper,based on the progress and adjustment of the key path,the paper puts forward the optimal adjustment of the progress plan and then makes the decision to meet the project benefit quickly by establishing and optimizing the progress and cost model and the network model.
