In recent years,with the improvement of vehicle safety and comfort requirements,as well as the upgrading of vehicle emission requirements,the increase in the number of electrical and electronic systems of automobiles,the electrification of traditional systems became a necessary means in the future market.However,with the applications of electrical and electronic systems,a large and complex network has formed in cars.This has led to a dramatic increase in the number of vehicle cables and the complexity of system control.And it has created difficulties in the design and application of electrical and electronic systems.The component development based on CAN-bus is an effective way to solve the above problems.In this thesis context,a body control module of bus based on CAN-bus was designed and studied.In this dissertation,firstly,the automotive electronics technologies were introduced as some background material.Combined with the domestic and international technical conditions,the development and application of vehicle network technology and body control system were analyzed.Secondly,the CAN-bus communication technology,SAE J1939 protocol and CCP protocol were studied and presented.Then,according to the "V" model design method,the design of the BCM was given in detail,such as the overall structure,function,circuit and communication protocol.The software and hardware realization was also introduced.Finally,the functions,environment adaptabilities and electromagnetic compatibilities of the BCM were tested and verified with a special designed integrated test.Through the design and realization of the BCM,the original body control system of the target bus was upgraded.And the CAN calibration technology which was adopted here,is helpful to improve the versatility and flexibility of the BCM.So the BCM can meet the demands of small batch,multi-species,customized service in the bus market.All these works can be some foundation for the future component development based on CAN-bus.In addition,by using the "V" model design method,the whole design process is systematically and scientifically.So it can be an effective way and method for the similar development of follow-up automobile electrical and electronic system.
