Safety production of railway station train service system has always been one of the key concerns of the State and Railway Corporation.Effective and suitable anti-slip system for vehicles is an important guarantee for safety production of railway station train service system.In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese railways and the rapid increase of railway operation mileage,the types of vehicles become more and more complex.Moreover,most of the lines are far away from the shunting yard,and the anti-skidding of vehicles is completed by manual regular inspection every four hours.Because of the heavy workload and high intensity of the field staff,it is impossible to monitor the running status of iron shoes at all times,and the poor security conditions around the station yard,resulting in the serious consequences of the loss of iron shoes or the downstream.Therefore,how to use new technology to deal with the management and application of anti-skid shoes has always been a technical problem for engineers and technicians on the railway fronts.Based on the background of the use and management of anti-skid shoes for vehicles in the marshalling yard of Lanzhou North Railway Station,this paper studies and designs a kind of anti-skid shoes.New anti-slide iron shoes and intelligent tracking management system for iron shoes.The purpose is to enable the monitoring system to grasp all kinds of application status of anti-slide shoes in real time,and to timely understand the abnormal situation of loss and dislocation of anti-slide shoes.Based on the detailed research of RFID radio frequency identification and network data transmission technology,the design and development of the iron shoe tracking management system of Lanzhou North Station based on RFID radio frequency identification technology is carried out.Through the management system,real-time monitoring of the state of the iron shoes is completed on the one hand,and dynamic state change diagrams can be provided for the relevant users in the system,which significantly improves the monitoring efficiency and effectively reduces the labor cost of the on-site inspection;In aspect,the introduction of radio frequency technology,the use of radio frequency identification reader to complete the information exchange of the iron shoe terminal,effectively reducing the relevant interference in the information transmission process,the system can provide relevant processing methods according to the real-time status of the monitoring,with high efficiency and reliability.It can better reduce the possibility of slippery vehicles and improve the efficiency of the Lanzhou North Station marshalling yard.Compared with traditional methods,the Lanzhou North Station iron shoe tracking management system based on RFID radio frequency identification technology is safe and reliable,with high system stability and strong adaptability.It can realize real-time status display of vehicle status,and the system can be extended.Facilitate technical upgrades and adapt to different complex scenarios.
