The article is one of research paper talking about the typical floor and its space design intall building with multi-function.Under the background of quick development of multi-floorbuilding in China.Firstly,it points out some problems and disadvantages existsd indesigning, secondly,it analyzes the affect factors of the design and stucture types on standardspace, and then reviews the worldwide development history of this kind of building. Finally, itconcludes that the design should follow up the principle of “based on practice andhumanization”,as well as some key points of differenet design styles of standard floor.Started on analysis of space stucture on standard floor, all types of standard floor designin tall building with multi-function and some safety concerns related are set forth.Meanwhile, the public space design is discussed briefly.Whereafter, the dissertation makes further explanation on the key points in designing thetall building with multi-function,using the design theory and principles mentioned above, andsome famous worldwide buildings. The thesis is composed of five chapters:Chapter One analyzes the literatures of this subject and the current study of hotel lobbiesin super high-rise complex buildings, and further puts forward the design difficulties. relatesto the research background, significance of the topic, the scope, contents and framework ofstudy.Chapter Two reviews the worldwide development history of this kind of buildingSimultaneously unified the example to analyze the compound function high-rise constructionclassification, as well as the high-rise construction key bed plane type as well as the spatiallayout, and further proposed the compound function high-rise construction key bed designdifficulty;Chapter Three reviews the compound function high-rise construction key bed spatialconstitution pattern.Chapter Four and Five constitute the main study. In order to solve the question part, through to the principle of design as well as the plane, spatial, the transportation designcarries on the analysis and the induction summarizes, research correspondence design basisand method;Chapter Six incorporates asurvey into the Taikoo hui in Guangzhou, the IFC inGuangzhou, which concludesthe study result of the thesis by a further examination of theaforesaid theories. The thesis ends with the concluding remarks.
