With the rapid development of China's smart grid,intelligent energy meter terminal equipment become the most basic content in the construction of China's smart grid,it is the smart grid intelligent terminal and data entry.With the national grid on the demand for smart meters continue to increase,in order to meet the smart grid construction goals,this article has carried out a design of the single-phase intelligent energy meter which conforms to the latest specification of national grid and is intelligent,low cost,low power consumption and high precision.This paper first introduces the development of intelligent energy meter at home and abroad,and analyzes several key technologies and measurement principles of domestic smart energy meter.And then according to the national grid on the smart power meter technical standards,put forward single-phase intelligent energy meter design of the overall framework.In the hardware design,the selection of Renesas R7FOC004 as the master chip,because it is a dedicated power meter control chip,the internal integrated LCD driver/controller and can be warm up the RTC circuit,reducing hardware costs.Metering chip selected RuiNengWei RN8209C chip.For the safety of data communication,the energy meter embedded ESAM encryption and decryption module.At the same time,the design of circuit such as power supply circuit,sampling circuit,relay circuit,reset circuit,memory circuit and liquid crystal display circuit is described.In the software design,the use of modular,hierarchical design method,The software part is divided into the driver layer,middle layer,data center,application layer,to facilitate the late different hardware platform transplantation and maintenance.In the software function using clock chip polling architecture single task execution method,to avoid the conflict of multiple functional modules,The overall realization of the single-phase intelligent energy meter 645 communications,event records,prepaid,status monitoring,liquid crystal display and other functions.Finally,the single-phase intelligent energy meter system designed in this paper is tested,including basic performance testing,electromagnetic compatibility testing and functional testing of three aspects,the basic performance tests include active basic error test,start test,constant test,frequency change test,voltage change test,ambient temperature impact test on the day and so on.The test results show that the single-phase smart meter is reliable,the measurement error is small,the function is perfect,and passed the State Grid Power Research Institute of the test,meet the relevant technical requirements of the national grid.
