Research On Cost Control Of Municipal Road Engineering Based On Lean Thinking

Municipal engineering is not only the key infrastructure protection facilities for a city to keep healthy and sustainable,but also the assurance for civilization construction in both material and spiritual aspects.In recent years,the government increased investments in highway construction,which demonstrates that the road construction industry has entered into a new round of the golden age.Meanwhile,it also brings higher requirements to the construction companies.However,using extensive management by China's road construction enterprises is more common,and it is difficult to achieve the control management efficiently in safety,quality,schedule and cost.This requires road construction enterprises must improve the management model,and build a more scientific management system to meet the requirements of the market.On the basis of introducing the existing cost management theory,this dissertation firstly analyzes the issues of cost management in the construction project at the present stage.Secondly,applying the lean thinking to the construction project cost management process,and building the cost management system in construction project by lean thinking.The system covers the cost information management platform as the support layer of the lean construction cost management system,and also includes the general contractor and subcontractor of the cost management system,the service subcontractor,the site construction worker,the auxiliary cost forecasting and accounting method layer,the technical level for cost continuous improvement.Finally,the fifth chapter takes a construction project as an example,and makes a practical application of the cost management system under lean thinking.It clarifies the cost target of the project and uses the activity-based cost method to calculate the part of the project cost and point out the non-value added cost.Using the relevant technology within the technical aspects of the construction project to improve cost management issues continuously,and propose the optimization recommendations.The application of lean thinking to the cost management of municipal engineering construction project is not only beneficial to cost forecasting and cost target,but also can optimize the construction process and continuously improve the operation process,which could realize real-time dynamic management of construction project cost,optimize the resource allocation at construction site,and reduce construction costs.
