Research On Quality Management Factors Based On Total Quality Management And Excellent Performance

Under the new normal situation,quality management,as an important aspect of management,has become an important aspect of the core competitiveness of enterprises.With "the Belt and Road Initiative" and the "go global" strategy,it's not enough for us to only research quality management in the narrow sense of the word.We should learn the international quality management research methods.In this thesis,we first sorted out the theory of quality management,such as TQM,ISO9000,Japan Deming quality award,American Baldrige quality award excellent performance mode,European quality award excellent performance mode,Chinese quality award excellent performance mode,Tianjin quality award excellent performance mode.In this way,we extracted 19 factors which related to quality management.Then,based on these 19 factors,we designed the questionnaire and conducted a questionnaire survey.Based on the collected 203 valid samples,quantitative analysis was carried out to analyze five main factors which related to quality management by using factor analysis method.Name the five main factors according to the nature of questions which the factors contain.The five main factors was named as the establishment of the system and a reasonable human resources development,management based on the fact that the overall system,strategic principles based on brand and market,leaders,win-win cooperation.Finally,the thesis analyzes the influence of the five main factors on the enterprise and the engineering by an example.It can be seen that these five factors play a positive role in quality management.This research has some reference for the future research on quality management.
