Study On Construction Engineering Quality Management Method And Application

The quality of construction projects is not only a hot topic all over the society,but also the key point of management of construction administrative departments at all levels.The management and control of the construction projects greatly affect the healthy development of construction industry.How to manage and control the quality of construction projects is an important issue that managers need to solve urgently.Therefore,how to strengthen the quality control of construction projects is very meaningful.Firstly,this thesis introduces the relevant theories and methods of construction quality management in domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,the thesis expounds the theory on quality management of construction projects,including four aspects:quality planning of construction project,quality control of construction project,quality inspection of construction project and quality improvement of construction project.Thirdly,through further study and combined with engineering practice experience,this thesis summarizes many factors which affect the quality of construction projects,and researches them from five aspects: human factor,material factor,equipment factor,technical factor and environmental factor and so on.Finally,this thesis discusses the content of the Total Quality Management and its basic methods and applies it to the practice of building project of a Building Engineering School.For the actual problems in the construction process of the construction project,this thesis explains based on the theory.Besides,this thesis gives the practical application of methods and process steps.For each sub-project of the construction process,it puts forward corresponding quality control measures,quality control points and quality improvement measures to ensure the reliability of construction quality.Take rebar processing as an example,using statistical quality control method to control the quality of the rebar processing,in order to improve the construction quality of rebar processing,the ultimate goal is to improve the overall construction quality.Practical result indicates that Total Quality Management is scientific,reasonable and applicable.And the theory also guides practice very well.
