Research On Safety Management Of BIM Technology In Engineering Construction Stage

The construction industry is an important pillar industry of China’s economic development,and plays an important role in promoting China’s national economic construction.2016 construction output value of 193567 yuan,GDP of $744127 billion,accounting for the construction industry accounted for 26.01%.The construction industry can absorb the rural labor transfer,the constr uction industry to promote the development of other related industries,economic construction,urban and rural construction and people’s livelihood has made important contributions to the building.However,the production process of the construction industry is complex,the work site changes,personnel mobil ity,these characteristics make the construction industry has become a high-risk and frequent accidents in the industry.With the progress of science and tech nology,construction technology has also become increasingly complex,the construction site safety problems facing enormous challenges.To ensure the safety of the construction site is the need of safe and civilized construction,but also the need to protect the personal safety of construction workers.The structure of the construction project is complex,and the construction management mode is not perfect,and the safety accidents are easy to happen.Difficult to achieve the goal of Engineering projects.In this paper,throu gh the analysis of risk coping strategies in the traditional safety management of building construction,to understand the theory of BIM technology,application status,establishment,virtual construction,advantages of collision and safety recognition technology in construction safety monitoring process,constructi on site layout,complex construction safety construction and other aspects of the research on building information model,and achieve safety tests hazard prevention,improve the management process,real-time control,reasonable arran gement to the dynamic construction site for construction personnel construction safety and reasonable working conditions,has important significance for the construction personnel,construction units and the national economic constructi on,engineering examples and by introducing BIM technology to the construction of the verification,determine the safety to solve the problem of frequent accidents in the construction process,improve the safety management of the project results,affirmed in BIM technology in the construction of the project in the construction process of the project safety accident control feasibility and effectiveness,explore the new method of construction safety management based on BIM technology.
